Terms of Service
The service
CheerRoute organizes publicly available cheer clinic, camp, combine, and recruiting information and provides personal planning tools. CheerRoute is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any listed school, team, gym, or organizer.
Accuracy and official confirmation
Schedules, prices, eligibility, capacity, and registration availability can change without notice. Always verify details with the official organizer before paying, registering, or traveling. CheerRoute does not guarantee admission, recruiting interest, roster placement, scholarships, or athletic outcomes.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your sign-in credentials. Do not access another person’s account, share paid access outside your household, or misuse the service. Parents or guardians should manage purchases for minors.
Subscriptions
CheerRoute Plus is offered monthly or yearly and renews automatically until canceled. Current prices and included features appear on the Membership page. Payment processing is provided by Stripe.
CheerRoute content and ownership
CheerRoute’s original branding, logo artwork, written summaries, page copy, graphics, software, organization, and selection and presentation of information are owned by CheerRoute or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. School names, team names, trademarks, and source materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Limited personal use
CheerRoute grants users a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the service for personal, noncommercial recruiting and planning purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to users.
Prohibited copying and automated use
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, mirror, frame, create a competing database from, or commercially exploit CheerRoute content or member features without prior written permission. You may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, automated extraction tools, or systematic manual collection to harvest listings, summaries, contact information, or other content; bypass access limits or paywalls; reverse engineer the service; or use CheerRoute content to train or supply another product or service.
Other acceptable-use rules
Do not disrupt the service, submit false listings, impersonate others, infringe another person’s rights, or use CheerRoute for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity. CheerRoute may limit or terminate access when these terms are violated.
Service changes
Features and coverage may be updated as the service improves. Material changes to paid terms will be communicated when reasonably required.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, CheerRoute is provided “as is” and is not responsible for organizer changes, travel costs, injuries, missed deadlines, or decisions made by schools, teams, coaches, or payment providers.
