The service

CheerRoute organizes publicly available cheer clinic, camp, combine, and recruiting information and provides personal planning tools. CheerRoute is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any listed school, team, gym, or organizer.

Accuracy and official confirmation

Schedules, prices, eligibility, capacity, and registration availability can change without notice. Always verify details with the official organizer before paying, registering, or traveling. CheerRoute does not guarantee admission, recruiting interest, roster placement, scholarships, or athletic outcomes.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your sign-in credentials. Do not access another person’s account or misuse the service. Parents or guardians should manage purchases for minors.

Subscriptions

CheerRoute Plus is offered monthly or yearly and renews automatically until canceled. Current prices and included features appear on the Membership page. Payment processing is provided by Stripe.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape or republish the catalog at scale, disrupt the service, submit false listings, impersonate others, or use CheerRoute for unlawful or abusive activity.

Service changes

Features and coverage may be updated as the service improves. Material changes to paid terms will be communicated when reasonably required.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, CheerRoute is provided “as is” and is not responsible for organizer changes, travel costs, injuries, missed deadlines, or decisions made by schools, teams, coaches, or payment providers.
