Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

CheerRoute Plus subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Signed-in members can choose Manage subscription on the Account page to cancel through Stripe. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access normally continues through the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Subscription charges are generally nonrefundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or when CheerRoute confirms a duplicate charge, billing error, or other exceptional circumstance. Partial-period refunds are not automatic.

Clinic payments

CheerRoute does not collect registration fees for clinics, camps, combines, or schools. Refund questions for an event must be directed to the official organizer.

Billing help

Submit a Billing question through Support and include the account email, charge date, and a short explanation. Do not include a full card number.
