Information we collect

Visitors can browse without an account. If you create an account, CheerRoute stores your email address, membership status, saved opportunities, school preferences, alert settings, athlete profile information you choose to provide, recruiting-plan progress, clinic history, preparation-checklist progress, private school notes, support requests, and referral information. Basic anonymous page-view and feature-usage counts are collected without storing names, email addresses, or IP addresses in CheerRoute’s analytics tables.

How we use information

We use this information to provide accounts, paid features, personalized planning, customer support, service security, and requested communications. CheerRoute does not sell personal information.

Service providers

Supabase provides account and database services, Stripe processes payments and subscriptions, and Resend supports authentication email delivery. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and security controls.

Families and minors

CheerRoute is intended for parents, guardians, coaches, and athletes age 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian should manage purchases for minors.

Retention and deletion

Account information is retained while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, support, legal, and financial records. Signed-in users may request deletion from the Account page or Support page. Payment records retained by Stripe may remain where required by law.

Your choices

You may update profile and alert information, unsubscribe from nonessential communications, cancel Plus, or request account deletion. Browser controls can clear local device data.
